I cut my online teeth during the dotcom boom (and learned some important lessons when it crashed) as associate editor of the acclaimed football portal fromtheterrace.co.uk, helping to build, market and manage the site. Since then I've worked on a number of online campaigns including the Dorling Kindersley blog
